6.3.10 Drilling Adjustment
These values are used for adjusting drilling quality.
• Select Drill Bit
Select drill bit size (Ø 0.8mm or 1.0mm)
• Drill Feeding Method
Select default drill feeding method (Once, Repeat)
For accurate drilling, the edger must meet the following conditions.
Load “Standard Drilling Adj” data in the Job menu and then start processing.
And check the following.
Standard drilling adjustment pattern
1) Check the drill depth with ① to ⑤. (Drill Depth Adjustment)
①, ② : not drilled.
③ slightly drilled on the lens surface.
④, ⑤ : drilled.
