These values are used for adjusting bevel position
• Test Pattern
- Execute the Circle pattern (Ø 50) with the beveled position 50%.
• Test Cases
- Make the circle pattern with polishing and the circle pattern without polishing
respectively.
• Adjustment
- Change the value within the tolerance
