The shuttle ball screw nut requires re-lubrication at 6 month intervals with lithium based grease. To re-lubricate the ball
screw grease tting:
1. As with linear bearings, grease should be pumped slowly until fresh grease exits from the unit.
2. Run the shuttle fully back and then forward to the home position at least twice, in SLOW mode, before resuming
normal use.
