W ARN I N G: Once t he test r esult s have been erased
from m em ory t hey ar e perm anent ly delet ed and can
no longer be viewed or uploaded to Sur eTrend.
N OTE: Once st ar t ed, the erase funct ion cannot be
st opped, and will take about 30 seconds t o er ase a
full 2000 result s.
The ent ir e t est result s m em ory can be cleared using the M EM ORY
ERA SE function, by first selecting t he , then using t he up or down
arrows to select t he MEM ORY menu opt ion, then press to select ,
and then pressing and holding down the but t on for 2 seconds. The
display w ill show the t otal num ber of stored result s to be erased. To
accept and star t the erase funct ion, press and hold down the but t on
for 1 second, or press any other button to exit the opt ion.

Set t i n g t h e Clo ck Ti m e an d D a t e
To set or change the clock t im e, date, and for m at, select t he CLOCK
m enu opt ion by pressing the but t on. Scroll t o “CLOCK” and press
. Then use t he and but t ons t o change t he t im e and dat e value,
followed by t he button to accept each new value.
First t he tim e is set ( sty le hours m inutes) , which can be configured
as eit her a 12- hour clock ( select AM or PM ) or a 24-hour clock (select
2 4 H) :
Next set t he date form at, w hich can be configur ed for either European
form at , select D / M / Y for day , m onth, year, or Am erican for m at ,
select M/ D/ Y for m onth, day, year) :
TI P: Pressing the but t on at any point will exit t he clock set - up
m ode, leaving the tim e and date unchanged.
N OTE: The clock does not have autom at ic daylight saving
adj ust m ent . I f this is r equir ed, the tim e m ust be m anually changed
when necessary .
