The Supplier war r ants t he lum inom eter, when purchased new, to be
free from defects in m ater ials and workm anship, and will repair or
replace, at t heir discret ion, any lum inom eter which, used under
proper conditions, exhibit s such defects.
Under t he term s of this warr ant y, the product m ust be r et urned in the
original packaging, t ranspor t ation prepaid, with a copy of t he Proof of
Pur chase, to your local distr ibutor . Cont act your local distribut or to
receiv e aut horization to return the instr um ent, and enclose a det ailed
descript ion of the problem .

This warrant y is provided t o the original purchaser for one year fr om
the date of purchase. I n no event will Hygiena be liable for indir ect,
incident al or consequent ial dam ages; t he original user’s rem edies
being lim it ed t o r epair or replacem ent of the unit at the
m anufactur er’s opt ion.

Unaut horized m odification of any part of the lum inom eter or the use
or at t achm ent of any peripheral not supplied or specified by Hygiena
will void t his War rant y.
W ARN I N G: Use only the accessories and consum ables supplied
by Hygiena. The use of any non Hygiena supplied accessor ies and
consum ables will invalidat e t he warr ant y.
