transitioned to critical from a less
severe state.
Error A sensor has changed to Critical
state from a less severe state.
1. Check the system-event log.
2. Check for an error LED on
the system board.
3. Replace any failing device.
4. Check for a UEFI firmware
update.
Important: Some cluster
solutions require specific code
levels or coordinated code
updates. If the device is part
of a cluster solution, verify
that the latest level of code is
supported for the cluster
solution before you update
the code.
5. (Trained service technician
only) Replace the system
board.
The Power Supply (Power Supply:
n) has Failed.

1. If the power-on LED is lit,
complete the following steps:
a. Reduce the server to the
minimum configuration
(see “Power-supply LEDs”
on page 69).
b. Reinstall the components
one at a time, restarting
the server each time.
c. If the error recurs, replace
the component that you
just reinstalled.
