Calibration Marker OFF
This item is used for a simple frequency check of the
transceiver. (default: OFF)

Beep (Confirmation) ON
A beep sounds each time a switch is pushed to
confirm it. This function can be turned OFF for silent
operation. (default: ON)
The beep output level can be set in level set mode.

Beep (Band Edge) ON (Default)
A beep sounds when an operating frequency enters
or exits an amateur band. This functions indepen-
dent of the confirmation beep setting (above).

Beep Sound 1000Hz
Sets the desired key-touch beep frequency within
500 to 2000 Hz in 10 Hz steps. (default: 1000 Hz)
RF/SQL Control RF+SQL
The [RF/SQL] control can be set as the RF/squelch
control (default), the squelch control only (RF gain is
fixed at maximum) or ‘Auto’ (RF gain control in SSB,
CW and RTTY; squelch control in AM and FM).

Quick Dualwatch ON
When this item is set to ON, pushing and holding
[DUALWATCH] for 1 sec. sets the sub readout fre-
quency to the main readout frequency and activates
dualwatch operation.
