14: T ROUBLESHOOTING
0200h: System Error
This error is issued when ROM is not found. When this error occurred, turn power off and on. Clear the error code using WindLDR.
If this error occurs frequently, the SmartAXIS has to be replaced.
1000h: Memory Cartridge Program Transfer Error
This error indicates that the user program cannot be downloaded to/uploaded from SmartAXIS using the memory cartridge. The
memory cartridge program transfer fails when one of the following conditions is met:
• When the user program in the SmartAXIS is password-protected and the password of the user program in the memory cartridge does not
match. Configure the correct password to the user program in the memory cartridge. For details on entering the password, see "User
Program Protection" on page 5-64.
• When uploading the user program from the SmartAXIS is prohibited. Upload cannot be executed.
2000h: User Program Execution Error
This error indicates that invalid data is found during execution of a user program. When this error occurs, special internal relay
M8004 (user program execution error) is turned on.
