4.1 iMDC-MAIN BOARD ARRANGEMENT AND DESCRIPTION

1 Fixing Hole It’s the hole to fix up iMDC on enclosure.
2 Firmware Stat

It’s the LED to show the firmware status. Refer to ‘Firmware Opera
ting Status LED’ for more detail.
3 Power Port It’s the port to accept power source.
iMDC uses DC +12V, Max.700mA current.
(When external devices such as door lock, alarm, sensor and reade
r are not connected.)
4 RJ45 It’s the Ethernet connection port to perform communication betw
een iMDC-MAIN and Host PC, iMDC-MAIN and the other iMDC-M
AINs, iMDC-MAIN and iMDC-RIM.
5 USB Port It’s the port to connect USB memory.
6 Temper Switch

It’s the temper switch port to recognize opening status of enclosur

7 Communicatio
n Status LED C

It’s the connector to be connected to enclosure using cable. Green
LED indicates status of Ethernet communication.

9 Power Status L

It’s the connector to be connected to enclosure using cable.
If power is normally supplied to iMDC-MAIN, red LED is turned on.
10 Buzzer It’s the buzzer to generate beep sound.
11 DIP Switch It’s the DIP switch to set communication ID.
12 Reset Switch It’s the reset switch to reboot iMDC-MAIN. Information is maintain
ed even after reset.

It’s the sticker to indicate Mac address.
