2.4 SYSTEM USE
Before ignition, make sure the system is full of water,
checking that the pressure gauge needle (6) points to a
value between 1 and 1.2 bar and make sure that the
chiller circuit has been lled as described in the outdoor
unit instructions booklet.
- Open the gas cock upstream from the indoor unit;
- Press the button (1) until the display turns on, now the system
w i l l go ba ck to t he s tat us it w as i n pr io r t o s hu td ow n (upon ig n i-
tion the following are displayed in sequence: display segments
all on, parameter A011, parameter A013).
- If the indoor unit is in stand-by, press the button (1) again to ac-
tivate it. If this is not the case, go to the next point;
- en press the button (1) in sequence and set the system to sum-
mer , winter , or air conditioning position .

most ecient among those available to meet system re-
q u i r e m e n t s (s e e t a b l e a t f o o t o f p a g e) .
For example the same request (i.e. domestic hot water
request) can be satised by the use of outdoor unit,
shown by its symbol ( ) , o r b y t h e h e a t g e n e r a t o r ( ).
Summer
In this mode, the system only works to produce domestic hot wa-
ter, the temperature is set using the buttons (4) and the corre-
sponding temperature is shown on the display by the indicator
(14).
In this mode the protection functions available in stand-by mode
such as the antifreeze function etc are also guaranteed.

Winter
In this mode, the system works both to product domestic how wa-
ter and room central heating.
e temperature of the DHW is always regulated via buttons (4),
the central heating temperature is regulated via buttons (5) and
the relative temperature is shown on the display by the indicator
(14).
In this mode the protection functions available in stand-by mode
such as the antifreeze function etc are also guaranteed.
