Connectivity
Wi-Fi (Wifi)
The Implen OD600
®
is equipped with Wi-Fi, which can be used as a Wi-Fi network or as a Wi-Fi Hotspot. The Wi-Fi can be
used to integrate into a LIMS system via a REST API.
To connect to the LIMS, please contact Implen Support.
To connect to the device's hotspot or to connect your device to Wi-Fi, please refer to the "Network" section in the manual.
USB-A
There is a USB-A port on the front and rear panel of the Implen OD600
®
which is compatible with standard portable USB
2.0 storage devices for direct data transfer in Excel (.xls) and .csv formats. Encrypted USB flash drives are not compatible.
Note: We recommend using FAT/FAT32 formatted 2.0 USB flash drives.
Note: If the USB stick is not working, please re-format it to FAT32 using a Windows PC.
LAN/Ethernet
There is an Ethernet (LAN) connection port on the rear panel of the instrument which enables the Implen OD600
®
to
integrate with a LIMS system via a REST API.
To connect to the LIMS, please contact Implen Support.
LAN functionality is activated automatically when a LAN cable is connected.
Note: If the LAN-cable was not detected by the device restart the device and plug the calbe in again.
Note: The maximum LAN cable length is 10 meters. Bit rate is 100 Mbit/s.
