Section 4: Device Description
The Forma Handpiece comprises applicator, cable, connector and an integral
temperature sensor (Figure 4-17).

The Tip is a part of the Handpiece, comprising RF electrodes and a
temperature sensor.
The Handpiece handle is made of metal and has an ergonomic
design for easy treatment, with high visibility of the treated area.
The Cable has a length of 280cm (110’’).
The Connector is connected to the rear panel of the System.
