Chapter 12 Paper Cutter
LinerLess Cutter, cont.
To replace the label taken sensor or the home-position micro-
switch, proceed as follows:
• Remove the two side plates of the cutter unit’s cover (each held
by two Torx #T20 screws).
• Slightly loosen the four Torx #T20 screws that hold the cutter
mechanism to the cutter’s front cover.
• Lift out the mechanism and you have full access to the label
taken sensor and the home position microswitch.
• Reassemble in reverse order.
To replace the safety microswitch, proceed as follows:
• Disconnect the spring-loaded brace and open the anvil blade.
• Remove the plate over the upper rear parts of the cutting mecha-
nism (held by two Torx #T20 screws).
• Now you have full access to the microswitch. Note the threaded
plate under the switch that holds the screws.
• Reassemble in reverse order.
