10.7 Headlift Mecha-
nism
Description
The headlift mechanism consists of a stepper motor fi tted on a
bracket, that also holds the connection board which controls the
headlift motor and the ribbon rewind motor.
The headlift motor is fi tted with an excenter, that engages a lever
fi tted on the headlift shaft. The lever is provided with a steel spacer
to protect it from wear.
