Chapter 13 Memory Card Adapter
13.2 Installation
Bracket
The Memory Card Adapter Kit consists of the following parts:
• One Memory Card Circuit Board
• One Bracket
• One Connection Cable
• One Bus Driver Board
• One Address Decoder GAL 20V8 (fi tted on the circuit board)
• Three Screws RTK ST 3.5 x 9.5 FZB
• Two Screws RTK ST 2.9 x 16 FZB
• One installation instructions booklet
• Switch off the power. For double security, pull the power cord
out of the power cord receptacle at the rear plate of the printer.
• Open the right-hand door and remove the left-hand cover.
• Open the front hatch (or cutter unit).
• Using the three short #T10 Torx screws in the kit, attach the
bracket onto the adapter’s circuit board. Also fi t the long end
of the connection cable to the connector at the rear part of the
adapter unit.
