12.4. Call Forwarding Unconditional to Voice Mail
When the Call Forwarding Unconditional to Voice Mail function is activated, all incoming
calls that refer to a certain terminal are forwarded unconditionally to a Voice Mail box of
the Operator (if the service is available).
The service is activated by pressing *27#
The service is deactivated by pressing

13. Completion of Calls to a Busy Subscriber (CCBS)
This service allows a calling user, on encountering a busy destination, to have his/her call
established when the busy destination becomes free, without having to make another call
attempt.
The Completion of Call to a Busy Subscriber is activated by pressing FLASH 5
The service is deactivated by pressing
*37#
The confirmation that the CCBS service is supported from the ISDN exchange is done
by pressing *#37#
Then the subscriber will hear on the handset
a continuous tone or a voice messages when the service is supported
an interrupted tone or a voice message when the service is not supported.
