What to do if I can't give an AT command with my Intracom Network Hardware?
    • T
      Terrance DonaldsonAug 18, 2025
If your Intracom Network Hardware is installed but you can't give an AT command, there's likely no communication between the device and your PC. First, ensure you assigned the correct port (COM1 or COM2) during installation. Second, confirm the Intracom Network Hardware is connected to the AC mains (230VAC). Finally, check the cable connecting the Intracom Network Hardware to your PC to ensure it's in good condition and properly connected.

Why am I getting overcharged when connected to the Internet Service Provider using Intracom netMod Network Hardware?
    • M
      Megan AndersonAug 20, 2025
If you're being overcharged while connected to your Internet Service Provider using Intracom Network Hardware, it may be due to incompatibility during the negotiation process between the ISP equipment and the netMod when using the second B-channel. If you're not a ML-PPP subscriber at 128Kbps, ensure the ML-PPP service isn't activated on the Intracom Network Hardware by using the command b40 in Extra Settings. You may also request the AOC-D service from your operator and then check the charge metering using the AT Commands ats89=4 and atch?

Why is my data transfer rate slow with my 128kbps ISDN Intracom netMod?
    • J
      Joshua HaasAug 23, 2025
If you have an account for an ISDN connection at 128kbps but you do not have a satisfactory data transfer rate using Intracom Network Hardware, the second B-channel might not be working, your ISP may not provide greater data transfer rates, or the ISP lines might be busy. Ensure you've given the atb0 command on the Intracom Network Hardware. Also, avoid connecting to the ISP during peak hours. Lastly, verify that the information you're downloading requires the use of the second B-channel.

Why is my Intracom Network Hardware connection interrupted frequently?
    • J
      Julie SmithAug 26, 2025
If your connection with Intracom Network Hardware is frequently interrupted, check the cable of your data connection. The ISP might be interrupting the connection due to inactivity. Review your Internet browser settings, and ensure you haven't exceeded your daily access time limit.

What to do if incoming calls interrupt my analogue modem or FAX connection on Intracom netMod Network Hardware?
    • M
      Michelle PerryAug 28, 2025
If you connect an analogue modem or a FAX to the analogue port of Intracom Network Hardware, but when you receive an incoming call the connection is interrupted, the Call Waiting service has likely been activated on that port. Deactivate the Call Waiting service on the port to which the analogue modem or the FAX is connected.

Why can't I connect to the Internet with my old account via Intracom netMod?
    • C
      Caitlyn HarrisAug 30, 2025
If you can't connect to the Internet via Intracom Network Hardware using your old account for an analogue modem, it's likely due to incompatible equipment technology of your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Your old account is valid for an analogue modem connection. Request a new account for ISDN Internet connection, selecting between 64kbps or 128kbps rates.

Why is my data transfer rate slow with my 64kbps ISDN Intracom Network Hardware?
    • P
      pennyrobinsonSep 2, 2025
If you have an account for an ISDN connection at 64kbps but you do not have a satisfactory data transfer rate using Intracom Network Hardware, the ISP might not be providing greater rates of data transfer. Try not to be connected to the ISP during peak hours.

Why don't my old analogue modem programs work with Intracom Network Hardware?
    • S
      Stacy SmithSep 4, 2025
If the old programs that you used with your analogue modem (fax, voice mail etc.) do not work using Intracom Network Hardware, it's due to software incompatibility. The old programs were compliant with analogue modems. Use programs which are compliant with ISDN applications on your PC and are compatible with Intracom Network Hardware. Ensure that your Intracom Network Hardware's firmware version supports the CAPI protocol.

What to do if CLIP service doesn't work on Intracom netMod Network Hardware?
    • L
      Lauren SimpsonSep 7, 2025
If you have a device that supports the CLIP service connected to the analogue port of Intracom Network Hardware, but the service does not work, your device might not recognize the CLIP information. Ensure the CLIP service has been activated by your operator. Verify that your device works with FSK signalling. Try raising the level of transmitted signal using the command AT/CLIPLEVEL=10.

How to fix a green LED that is off on Intracom Network Hardware?
    • S
      Shelly PerezSep 9, 2025
If the green LED is off on your Intracom Network Hardware, it means the device isn't connected to the AC mains. Connect the device to the AC mains Power Supply, ensuring the AC mains voltage is at least 100VAC.
