• If x1R Smart is used with a cylinder with knob, make sure that after the cylinder has been turned
the cam does not remain engaged, which will cause the motor to rotate in neutral.
• Make sure that External control module is not subject to heavy rain.
• If the door is installed with the x1R Smart battery holder placed in the top side of the door, make
sure there is enough space from the ceiling to remove battery holder, in case of battery
replacement needs.
