IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
NOTE
• Do not press the SOS button, except in the event of an emergency.
• The antenna of the eCall system is externally installed on the backside of the
eCall unit which is located under the cover at the center of the instrument panel.
• When the power mode is "ON" (models with passive entry and start system) or
when the starter switch is in the "ON" position (models without passive entry
and start system), the eCall system will use the vehicle battery.
• Once the eCall system activates automatically, the audio system will
automatically be muted so that it will not interrupt the call with the operator.
However, if a non-genuine Isuzu audio system is installed, it is not muted
automatically. Mute the audio system manually.
• It may take some time to connect to the call center.
• Once connected to the call center, the call with the operator cannot be
terminated from the vehicle.
• Where possible, speak toward the speaker microphone.
