⚫ Voltage and current range
⚫ The current measurement is divided into High range and Auto range.
Take IT6411s as example, when Auto is configured, switch to Low mode
when current is lower than 100uA. The measurement precision is
0.05%+50nA and resolution ratio 1nA.

DVM Function
IT6400 series power supply is built in with a digital voltmeter (DVM), which can
be used for measuring external voltage.
