4. In this page, Serial is the instrument SN number. Please record the SN

Calibration Interval
ITECH suggests that the IT6400 series power calibration frequency is 1
time/year.
8.4 Returning Your Power for Service
When you want to return your power to ITECH company, please read the
following information.
Package the power supply for Shipment
When instruments are required for factory maintenance, please refer to the
following steps to pack the instruments which need to send out.
1. Please put the instrument for maintenance in the original packaging
materials, with the related accessories.
2. Please be as specified as possible about the nature problem. Send a copy
of any or all of the following information:
⚫ Any error messages that appeared on the power supply display.
⚫ Any information on the performance of the power supply.
⚫ Power damage can result from using packaging materials other than those
specified. Please use the special packing when shipment, and shall be carried
out in accordance with the delivery of packaging standard as far as possible.
⚫ Never use styrene pellets in any shape as packaging materials. They do not
adequately cushion the power supply or prevent it from shifting in the carton.
Styrene pellets cause power damage by generating static electricity and by
lodging in the rear panel.
3. Please pay attention to read the document preface about warranty service
delivery cost in the relevant specification with the delivery.
