What causes seam puckering on my Janome Sewing Machine?
- JJoshua MooreSep 4, 2025
Seam puckering on your Janome Sewing Machine can be caused by the needle tension being too tight, the needle thread or the bobbin thread not being threaded correctly, the needle being too heavy for the fabric being sewn, the stitch length being too long for the fabric, so make stitches shorter, the stitch width being too wide, so reduce the stitch width, or the stabilizer not being used, so use the stabilizer.
