TO ADJUST THE FRONT TRANSDUCER
Ø Use Fork tool EAM0122G95A 7.6mm thick
Ø Put the steel leaf spring on the setscrew M10, with the counterpunch visible. Fasten it using two countersunk head
screws M4.
Drive in the screws M4, so that the leaf spring is in equal distance at both ends but not bend in the middle.
Ø Put the 7,6 mm spacer EAM0122G95A in the direction indicated by the yellow arrow, between the spring plate and
the vibratory system, until touching the screws.
Ø Rotate the spacer as indicated by the green arrow, to reach the correct position (the surface of the spacer must
be coincident with the surface of the spring plate) for the adjustment (see below).
Ø Tighten the screws (orange arrows) at 0.5Nm / 0.37Lbsft, then remove the spacer, making the backward
movements.
Remark: The tightening torque is necessary to ensure the correct preload to the spring plate.
TO ADJUST THE REAR TRANSDUCER
Ø Use Fork tool EAM0117G93A 4.1mm thick
Ø Tighten the the M10x1setscrew at 0,5 Nm / 0.37 lbs ft.
Ø Put the steel leaf spring on the setscrew M10, with the counterpunch visible. Fasten it using two countersunk
head screws M4.
Drive in the screws M4, so that the leaf spring is in equal distance at both ends but not bend in the middle.
Ø Put the 4.1 mm spacer, between the spring plate and the cabinet. then
tighten the screws (red arrows) at 0.7Nm / 0.53 lbs ft, then remove the
spacer.
