3.18 Terminating this Equipment
Do not hold down the Power button of the operation unit when turning off the
power supply. If the button is held down, the equipment may not be terminated
normally, causing a failure.
1 Press the power supply button on the operation unit.
The power is turned off and the light of power supply button goes off.
