1) Adjust the white marker dot on the handwheel

the position where it is aligned with the marker dot
on the pulley cover

when going and the position where the wiper returns
to its home position is in the center of needle or the
position exceeding the center of needle.
Besides, adjust with wiper setscrew

so that when

comes to the position of the center of
needle when returning, the clearance between the
wiper and the needle tip should be approximately
2 mm and that between the wiper and the side of
needle should be approximately 1 mm.
