12-7 Z,T Unit
The Z unit is composed of an AC servo amplifier that drives the Z-axes.
The T unit is composed of an AC servo amplifier that drives the T-axes.
The servo amplifier for the Z-axis is a 3-axis integrated servo amplifier that one board can drive the 3
axes. The servo amplifier board is mounted in the head unit. For the number of actually mounted
boards, three boards are mounted.
The servo amplifier for the T-axis is a 4-axis integrated servo amplifier that one board can drive the 4
axes. The servo amplifier board is mounted in the head unit. For the number of actually mounted
boards, one board are mounted.
