[Functions]
Various sensors for monitoring the safety inside the machine, operation switches, and signal tower
are connected to the SAFETY board to monitor the statuses of various sensors or switches or control
the signal tower lighting, cover, or lock.
Additionally, this board transfers the emergency stop information or limit information to the XY-servo
amplifier and POSITION BOARD to control the urgent stop of the XY-axis.
① Monitoring of X-, YL-, and YR-limit sensors
② Monitoring of cover open sensor
③ Monitoring of operation switches (START/STOP/CONSOLE/KEY)
④ Monitoring of bank down sensor
⑤ Control of cover lock solenoid
⑥ Light on/off control of signal tower
⑦ Light on/off control of mini-signal tower (option)
⑧ Monitoring of robot cable faulty wiring
