(3) Apply the NSL grease (40094361) evenly to the side surface of the bearing that has been
pulled out in step 1-7-2 (5).
(4) Apply the NSL grease to the hole in the Y_ADJUST_PLATE evenly (portion where the
bearing is inserted).
Also, apply the NSL grease to the top end of the Y ball screw evenly (portion where the
bearing is inserted).
(5) Fit the bearing into the Y_ADJUST_PLATE (rear side).
Apply the grease to a portion where
the bearing is inserted.
Apply the grease to a portion where
the bearing is inserted.
● Push in the bearing to a position where the C-ring
fitting groove on the ball screw can be seen.
