Rack Requirements for ACX7348 Routers
You can mount the ACX7348 routers on two-post racks or four-post racks.
The size, strength, and locaon of the rack must accommodate the router's weight and external
dimensions.
Table 20 on page 48 provides the rack requirements and guidelines for ACX7348 routers.

Rack Requirement Guidelines
Rack type Use a two-post or four-post rack that provides bracket holes or hole paerns spaced at 1 U
increments (1.75 in. or 4.45 cm), and ensure that the rack meets the size and strength
requirements to support the weight of the router.
A U is the standard rack unit dened in
Cabinets, Racks, Panels, and Associated Equipment
(document number EIA-310–D) published by the Electronics Industry Associaon.

that the router can be mounted in any rack that provides holes spaced at that distance.
