Scale Gain and Offset
The function CALCulate[1]:SCALe:FUNCtion SCALe performs an Mx-B operation
on each reading where M is the gain value, x is the reading, and B is the offset.
The gain value used in the equation is set with the command:
CALCulate[1]:SCALe:GAIN {<gain>|MINimum|MAXimum|DEFault}
CALCulate[1]:SCALe:GAIN? [{MINimum|MAXimum|DEFault}] (query form)
gain
values can range from:
-1.0E+15 to -1.0E-15, 0.0, +1.0E-15 to +1.0E+15
The default gain is 1.0 and is the value set following a reset (*RST) or instrument
preset (
SYSTem:PRESet).
