14.2.7 Duct UVC lamp
Install the duct section for UVC lamps in the supply air sec-
tion.
The duct section of the UV-C lamps must be connected to a
separate 230V / 50Hz single-phase power source.
The total operating time of the UVC-S lamps is counted by
the automatic control system. After working an appropriate
number of hours automatics will inform the operator about
the necessity of their replacement – it will display an alarm
signal.
It is necessary to check periodically the lamps’ state of dir-
tiness, maintaining cleanliness is very important, because
even though the lamp is on, its germicidal action may not
be sucient.
It is recommended that UVC lamps are replaced by an au-
thorised KLIMOR service centre.
Exposure to UVC light on eyes and skin,
even for a few seconds, may cause seve-
re conjunctivitis and erythema!
