Thetranspondermustbepositionedwiththetransducer
upright.
Makesurethereisaclearlineofsightbetweenthe
transponder’ stransducerandtheship’ stransducer.
Theminimumlengthoftheslingbetweenthe
transponderandtheweightshouldbe2mtoavoidthe
transponderfromhittingtheweightwhenitlandson
theseabed.
Procedure
1Connecttheliftingdevicetotheropeonthe
oatingcollar.
2Liftthetransponderwithcautiontoavoid
slammingintoothersolidobjects.
3Releasethetransponderintothewater.
