reduceorstoptheinternalchemicalreactions,ortolimitthere/explosionstoas

fewbatterycellsaspossible.Thechemicalreactions/rewillcontinuewithout

additionalsupplyofoxygen,soanextinguishersuchasLith-Xwillnotwork

properly.
