output remains in the “0” state for at least
200 ms.
1 = none of the safety functions has triggered a
stop.
Note: The output SOS is available in System
Software 8.3 or higher. In System Software 8.2
or lower, bit 2 is a spare bit.

Note: An inactive monitoring space is consid-
ered to be violated by default, i.e. in this case
the associated safe output MR
x has the state
“0”.
