b) Pull on the latches while extending the rear rigging arms of the enclosure.
Release the latches to lock the rigging arms in their upward positions.

2. Put L2-CHARIOTCOV on L2 or L2D-CHARIOTCOV on L2D.
Open the top flaps to let out the rigging arms.
