“Interval Threshold”, press c to enter the selection.
“Interval Exchange” is used to select
the exchange rate used for calculat-
ing an Interval TWA (Time
Weighted Average). The choices are
“3dB”, “4dB”, “5dB”, and “6dB”.
Step 20 Press u or d to highlight “Interval
Exchange”.
Step 21 Press c (or r) to enter the “Interval
Exchange” menu.
Step 22 The u and d arrow keys increment
through the exchange rate choices. Let’s use a
3 dB exchange rate for now. Once you have
highlighted this preference, press c.
