Step 28 Press lto exit the “Excd History” menu.
Step 29 Now press l again to return to Excd view.
Viewing Exceedance History Data
Here you will note a number of
things. First, the Leq and SEL of the
event are shown. In addition, the
date and time of when the exceedance
event started are logged. At the bot-
tom of the screen, the total duration
of the exceedance event is listed.
Step 1 Press s to start the measurement. Make
enough noise (whistle or whatever) to exceed
the 85 dB exceedance trigger level and initiate
the gathering of exceedance history data. You
should see a “Excd-a” screen similar to the
one below.
