Step 12 Press c (or r) to enter the “Intv Period”
screen.
The u and d arrow keys increment through the
Interval time values, while l and r toggles
between the different numeric fields (hh:mm:ss).
Step 13 Now enter a ten second interval choice by
selecting “00:00:10”.
Step 14 Press c (or r) to enter the “Intv Period”
screen.
Step 15 The l twice to exit Interval Settings.
