In order to perform high range mea-
surements, the 824 reduces the
microphone polarization voltage by
20 dB. It will take about one minute
for this change (and stabilization) to
occur, so that the high range can be
calibrated.
After stabilization, the high range will be calibrated.
The Cal Level field should contain a
dB output level value that matches
the true output of your microphone
calibrator.
Step 13 Press TOOLS T to return to the Calibration
menu.
