4. When the click
'off
occurs between the 6 %"to 7"
limit, tighten set screw and connect linkage. (See
~gure
39).

If
the lower flap travel does not fall into the lower
limits, loosenset screw onthe actuator ann
slightly.
(The setting from the factory is 1" from the center
of the set screw to the eyelet onthe actuator arm).
To help bring the travel limits into Tolerance, slide
the actuator arm in the direction desired. Thismay
require several
adjustments
before
the correct
position is obtained. When the actuator arm is
determined to be correct, tighten set screw. No
furtheradjustment is
necessary.
