5.3.4 Tab 'Phonebook'
5.3.4.1 Add or Edit a Contact
Add a contact
1. In the Modalarm web interface select the tab 'Phonebook'.
2.
Select the button [Add Contact].
3. Fill in the fields:
• 'Name'
• 'Phone number'
• 'PIN code' (one to four digits)
• 'Wait time' (time to try and reach a contact person before the next
contact person is called)
The wait time is default set to 60 s, it is recommended to set the
value between 15 and 20 s to avoid an overload of voicemail
messages.
4. Set when this contact person can be called: select 'Yes' or 'No' for
'Day' and 'Night'.
5. Select 'Yes' or 'No' for 'SMS'.
6. Select the button [Save].
7. The sequence of the names is the sequence in which the contacts will
be called. Drag and drop the contact(s) in the correct sequence.
SMS is only available if a SIM card is installed in the Modalarm and the
contact person has a mobile phone number.
Edit a contact
8. In the Modalarm web interface select the tab 'Phonebook'.
9. Select the button 'Edit' for the applicable contact.
10. Edit all changes for this contact.
11. Select the button [Save].
Set the start and end time of the day and night schedule
12. Drag the sliders on the time bars to the left or to the right.
The day and night schedules apply to all contacts.
