1.1 The CRS M3
The CRS M3 is part of the automated milking system that milks, feeds, and
monitors the health of cows. The milking system has four primary parts:
• The Astronaut milking robot (one or more)
•
The milk storage tank
• The control system (CRS M3)
• T4C management system
The CRS M3 enables the emptying of the milk tank and controls and
monitors the cleaning and (alarm) reporting system of all connected milking
robots. The CRS M3 is connected to the T4C network and communicates
with other devices in the T4C network.
