• Skidding (the angle
calculated from wheel
distance and angle from
gyro differ) during straight,
wallfollow or ultrasonic
actions.
1. Make sure the floor is not slippery.
2. Make sure the wheels are not worn
out. If so, call your local service
provider.
3. Make sure the manure scraper is not
worn out, replace if necessary (see
Replace the Manure Scraper on
page 6-15).
4. Test a Route (see page 7-4).

because alarm 13 was
generated multiple times.
1. Make sure the manure scraper is not
worn out, replace if necessary (see

2. Manually run the route again.
3. If the problem remains, decrease
the motor power.
23 HEAVY DRIVE
Discovery drives hard!!
• The machine has
difficulties driving the
route.
If the alarm is repeated more that 5
times per week:
1. Make sure there are no obstacles.
2. Make sure the barn bedding has no
long hay.
3. If the problem remains:
1. Do a route analysis (see Analyse
the Reliability of a Route on page
7-3).
2. Modify the routes that are
unreliable (see Modify a Route
on page 5-27).
