5.3 Parameter seng
As a part of a machine with a speed-variable drive system, the inverter must be adapted to its
drive task. The adaptaon process of the inverter is carried out by changing parameters.
Oponally these parameters can be accessed by means of the keypad or »EASY Starter«. If the
inverter is provided with a network opon, access can also be eected by a higher-level Con-
troller via the corresponding network.
Certain device commands or sengs which might cause a crical state of the
drive behaviour can only be carried our when the inverter is inhibited.
