11.2 Cleaning
Clean and maintain your system regularly. How often you need to clean the system depends on
your work and the operating environment. If necessary, follow the on-site cleaning plan.
11.2.1 Cleaning agents and disinfectants
We recommend cleaning the devices using commercially available glass cleaning agents.
The following cleaning agents have also been tested:
Ethanol and isopropanol based:
• Deconex Solarsept
• Bacillol
• Meliseptol
Neutral cleaning agents:
• P3-Cosa Foam 40
• P3-Cosa PUR 80
Disinfectants:
• Hydrogen peroxide < 30 %
Acidic cleaning agents:
• P3-cosa CIP 72
Quarternary ammonium compounds:
• Klerdice-CR Biocide A
• Deconex Surface AF
• P3-cosa DES
