1217 Printhead Temperature Error There is a problem determining
temperature.
Technical Support Center:
Check and clean the contacts. If the
problem persists, then replace the
printhead.
Service:
Check and clean the contacts. If the
problem persists, then replace the
printhead.
1218 Serial Flash Error Invalid parameters have been
passed to ReadFlashPage.
Technical Support Center:
Unplug the All-In-One from the wall outlet;
wait a few seconds, then plug the All-In-
One back in and turn the power on. If the
problem remains, then replace the All-In-
One.
Service:
Replace the system board. See “System
board removal” on page 4-28.
1219 Undefined Signal Error Microprocessor has
encountered a bad signal
(other than an abort, illegal
instruction, or arithmetic
exception).
Technical Support Center:
Unplug the All-In-One from the wall outlet;
wait a few seconds, then plug the All-In-
One back in and turn the power on. If the
problem remains, then replace the USB
cable.
Service:
Replace the system board. See “System
board removal” on page 4-28.
2100 Unlock Scanner Scanner mechanism is locked
in place or unable to move due
to other failure.

2200 Scan Carrier Stall The scan carrier has stalled. Technical Support Center:
Unplug the All-In-One from the wall outlet;
wait a few seconds, then plug the All-In-
One back in, and turn the power on. If the
problem remains, then replace the All-In-
One.
