Malfunction Cause Remedy

water tank
Filling level sensor in freshwater
and waste water tank dirty
Clean the filling level sensor of the
fresh water or waste water tank
Filling level sensor is defective If necessary, have a specialised
workshop replace the filling level
sensor
Water does not drain in the
shower, washbasin or kitchen
sink
The waste water tank is full Empty the waste water tank
Siphon plugged Clean siphon
The waste water tank cannot be
emptied
The drain valve is clogged Open the cleaning lit on the waste
water tank, pull out the plug at the
bottom of the tank and thoroughly
clean the tank and the drain valve
