please adjust it again.
In the first 30 hours after use, please confirm
the tensioning of the track and adjust it again.
Confirm the tensioning and make necessary
adjustments every 50 hours.
If the track is too tight, it will :
Accelerate wear of rubber
tracks.
If the track is too slack, it will:
Lead to poor sprocket engagement.
Accelerate wear of rubber tracks.
Cause the rubber tracks to fall off.
After the operation, please fully clean the
rubber track, do not leave the track in the state
of dirt.
If the rubber track is stuck in the s oil, etc., or
the track is too tight, p le ase use the movin g a rm,
bucket, bucket successively to suspend the
single side rubber track and make it idle to
remove the soil
To tighten the treads of an iron track
1. Insert the grease gun into the n ozzle of the grease
gun and fill it with grease.
2. as shown in the figure, when the clearance "(A)
dimension" between the outer end of the central
support heavy wheel and the track piece reaches
the value shown in the figure below, the track
tensioning condition reaches the optimal state.
Clearance (A) 20
~
30mm
To relax the track, follow the main points of the
rubber track.
Pay attention to the seams of the crawler
Rubber tracks have seams. When adjusting the
crawler, make sure the seam is in the upper
central position. If a machine has an upper
runner, place the upper runner between the l i nks.
If the joint position is wrong, the correct te nsion
will not be obtained and the track will be too
slack, thus having to be adjusted again.
How to use rubber track skillfully
1. In the turn, please try to avoid turning in
place to slowly rotate the turn. This will reduce
track flange wear and rock entrapment.
2. When turning, do not forcibly turn the
overflow valve when the crawler card enters the
soil and sand. Receding in a straight line before
turning after sand removal.
3. Please never drive on river beach, gravel lot
and steel bar and iron scrap. Otherwise it will
damage the rubber part and shorten the service
life of the track.
