New machine operation instructions
All LOVOL excavators are inspected and adjusted before delivery, but the fol lowing steps must be
followed during the initial ru n-in process, otherwise the equipment will be damaged and performance will be
reduced.
Time Load
First 50 hours Maintain below 50% full load
50 to 100 hours Maintain below 70% full load
More than 100 hours It can run at full c apacity
If you operate th e equipment at full load in the initial stage, it may reduce the lifetime, impair the safe
operation and result in fault.
Note:
1.Daily inspect coolant, engine oil and hydraulic oil for leakage.
2.Daily inspect lubricant and refill it if needed.
3.Watch the display on the instrument panel when you operate the equipment.
4.Avoid overload on engine.
5. Run the equipment at 60-70% of full load before the engine and other components reaches
the required temperature.
6.Pay attention to the c ondition of the working mechanism.
7.Inspect if there are any loose or damaged parts resulted from transport.
8.Inspect wires and terminals for loose connection. In spect if instruments are functional. Check
if the b attery solution is sufficient.
Lubricant and Filter Element
1. Replace engine oil a nd engine oil filter element after 50 work-hours.
2. After working for 100 hours, clean the filter element of h ydraulic pipeline.
3. After 500 hours o f operation, replace the gear oil of walking or reducing gear.
Note: Refer to “Insp ection and Maintenance” in this manual when you replace lubricant or grease.
