Safety Protection for Dangerous Operation
When the excavator works in mines, tunnels and pits, it is
exposed to the danger of falling objects. It is necessary to install
safety protection which should meet the requirements on
protective structures and windows against falling objects.
The additional reinforcement must comply with the safety
certification standard and have proper labels and data. For
example, normal reinforcement should have equal or better
protective performance against falling objects compared to that
required in Automobile Engineer Association Standard SAEJ1356.
It is not allowable to modify protection and reinforcement in any
way, e.g. boring, welding, reassembly of replacement of fastener.
Protection system that are heavily impacted or damaged should be
re-inspected. If necessary, reinforce or replace the protective
system.
Additional Protection if Needed
When you use a cracker to crack something, a protector should be installed on the front window.
If there is a danger that something may impact the cabin, please contact the local offices of Lovol
Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd to obtain suggestion on safety protection. Ensure all workers at the
work site stay away from the excavator and are not subject to potential danger.
